These services may include but are not limited to claims evaluation, DME coordination, forensic analysis, policy review, reserve justification, and return-to-work planning. We tailor each engagement based on client needs and applicable regulatory standards.

2. Eligibility
To access or use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Use of the Services is void where prohibited.

3. Payment and Fees
All pricing for services is clearly outlined during the booking or onboarding process. Full payment is required upfront or according to the invoicing schedule outlined in any service agreement. Claims & Kinnect Solutions reserves the right to revise pricing or billing policies at any time, with prior notice to existing clients. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH, and other authorized platforms. Refunds will be issued only under circumstances explicitly noted in our service agreement or unless otherwise mandated by law.

4. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously and employ safeguards to ensure your data is secure. Any personal, corporate, or claims-related information shared with us will remain private and will be used exclusively for the delivery and management of services. We do not disclose confidential information to third parties unless legally obligated or upon receiving express written consent from the client.

5. Intellectual Property
All original content, documentation, templates, analysis tools, training modules, reports, and proprietary materials developed by Claims & Kinnect Solutions are protected under intellectual property laws. These materials remain the sole property of the company and are provided for the client's internal use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not make any guarantees or warranties, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive to deliver accurate and timely service, we cannot guarantee error-free operations, uninterrupted availability, or specific outcomes from the use of our Services.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Claims & Kinnect Solutions or its employees, contractors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas for any legal proceedings.

All updates will be posted on our website along with the revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
